These terms apply to your use of Noam, operated by Tova Platforms Inc. By using Noam you agree to them.
Membership
Noam is for adults aged 25 and over who are single, seeking a serious relationship, and provide truthful information. Membership is by application and we may decline or end membership at our discretion.
Introductions
Introductions are proposed by our matchmakers. We don’t guarantee a number of introductions or any outcome. Subscription limits describe a maximum, not a promise.
Your conduct
Be respectful. Don’t harass, deceive, solicit money, share another member’s information, or use Noam for commercial purposes. We may suspend or remove accounts that put others at risk.
Subscriptions
Paid memberships are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Safety
Use good judgement when meeting anyone. Meet in public places and tell someone where you’ll be. Report concerns to us at any time.
