How do I sign in? Noam uses one-time codes sent to your email. There is no password to remember.
How long does application review take? Every application is read by a person. Most decisions arrive within a few days, and you’ll get a notification when there’s an update.
Why are my photos "in review"? Our team checks every photo before it can be shared in an introduction.
How do I manage or cancel my membership? Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Open Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone to change or cancel. Deleting your Noam account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
How do I pause introductions? Open Noam › Home and turn on "Pause introductions". Your matches and conversations stay open.
How do I report or block someone? Open the conversation or introduction, tap the menu, and choose Report or Block. Trust & Safety reviews every report.
How do I delete my account? Open Noam › Account › Delete account. Access is removed immediately and your data is erased according to our Privacy Policy.
